Nursing on Demand asks our Caregivers to use the HHAeXchange app to clock in and out of their shifts. This free app is available for both Apple and Android phones.
he HHAeXchange Mobile App empowers caregivers with multiple methods of clocking in and out, the ability to view their schedules and directions to patient addresses, and receive and respond to messages from their office or agency, all on-the-go from their mobile phone.

- Here are the steps to set it up:
- Sign Up
- Log In
- Click on the 3 dot’s in the top right-hand corner
- Update Profile
- Save and write down the Mobile Device ID number
- Call us with that ID number
Clock In/Out Steps:
- Log In
- Today’s Schedule
- Patients Name
- Clock In
- Repeat same steps to Clock Out
- Before Clocking Out, a list of tasks will appear, you would need to click on the duties you perform during your shift and then clock out.
